During the 1950’s, Beta began to come into its own by focusing on producing hand tools for the growing automotive and motorcycle industries. By the beginning of the next decade, the company employed 200 staff and started to focus more on the export of its products. Soon they began to stand out as a growing player in the global professional tool industry.
